Policy
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms, and nothing else. We do not run analytics, we do not set tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect:
- Which option you selected in answer to "What brings you to BTATL?"
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Your organization, role, and the community you serve, on institutional routes
- The message you write
When you sign up for scam alerts, we collect your email address.
We never ask for account credentials, payment details, health information, Social Security or government ID numbers, or dates of birth — and you should not send them.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting and form provider, acting on our behalf. This means your submission is stored on Netlify's infrastructure rather than on systems Bridging Technologies ATL operates directly. Netlify handles it under its own terms of service and data processing agreement.
Submissions remain stored until we delete them. We review and remove old submissions periodically.
Who can see it
Named Bridging Technologies ATL personnel with access to our Netlify account, and whoever receives the notification email. Access is restricted to people who need it, and accounts with access require two-factor authentication.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How we use it
Only to respond to you. If you signed up for scam alerts, we use your email address only to send those alerts. Newsletter consent is separate from an inquiry — filling in the contact form does not subscribe you to anything.
Analytics and cookies
This website currently runs no analytics provider. There is no tracking script, no advertising pixel, and no analytics cookie. We do not set cookies for tracking.
If we adopt an analytics provider in future, this policy will be updated before it is switched on, and no information you type into a form would ever be passed to it.
Other BTATL products
Talk Tech With Chet, Ask Chet, 180Angles, 180Angles Intelligence, and Confidence Index are separate applications with their own privacy terms. This policy covers only this website. This website does not connect to those systems or share information with them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ChetOBeasley@BridgingTechnologiesATL.com or call (404) 492-6377 and we will act on it.
To stop receiving scam alerts, use the unsubscribe link in any alert email, or just ask us.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
